In the hip flask world it’s very rare that names appear and burn themselves into the history books.  Its fair to say that many hip flasks are generic and a large proportion come from China so its a big day in the world of hip flasks when something new and exciting comes by. Trixie and Milo’s flasks are definitely not generic and come from across the pond in the USA.

Breathing a breath of fresh air into the bar gifts and accessories industry is always a welcome relief, and so in steps the duo known only as Trixie and Milo.  Since 2011 the duo have been mixing up a storm by combining their three favourite things, drinking, travel and art.

Their story starts like many others, working for other companies Trixie and Milo just weren’t happy, they had come up with various ideas regarding new business ideas and after trying and failing a few times the idea for Trixie and Milo was born.  In 2011 they stepped into the unknown and started to add Milo’s wonderful artwork to hip flasks and other bar-ware, by traveling around and show casing their brilliant designs they soon gathered popularity.  When you look at the wonderful funky  designs it really is no surprise that the designs were a massive hit and as fast as new items came in they were flying out the door.

All the great designs that come out of Trixie and Milo are created in their studio in the City of Portland, Oregon, which can be found in the great Pacific Northwest.

Trixie and Milo have come along way since they first started the company, their inspiration stretches back over the last century and lies heavily with the hardworking people that have help build America. Like many small business owners they have poured their heart and souls into creating a company that not only creates wonderful piece of stylish and usable art in the form of hip flasks, and other bar accessories, but they have tried to remain true to themselves while doing it.  Trixie and Milo may not be the small business it once was but it still retains its feel of a small business with its attention to detail and friendly attitude.
