First and foremost if you are trying to find out about a status of an order please view you email inbox and junk folders.
We always email to let customers know if there has been an order issue (E.g. item out of stock etc), if payment was declined and to let customers know their item has been dispatched. If you have not received any of these emails then there is a good chance the email address you provided us with was incorrect.

Q: How long does it take for your to engrave and ship my item?
A: All engraving orders that are with us before 14:00pm Monday to Friday should under normal circumstances be engraved and shipped out the same day. If you select special next day UK delivery then you will receive your flask next day of purchased before 14:00pm. During busy periods or for large orders this time may be different.
Q: How do I pay in Pounds Sterling?
A: When you use Worldpay you will automatically pay us in British Pounds Sterling GBP as your bank will convert your currency into the currency we accept (GBP £). We do not accept any other currency as form of payment. We are a UK based company and only deal in pounds Stirling.
Q: What Countries do The Pocket Hip Flask Co ship to?
A: Currently we ship to the UK, most of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All countries we ship to will be listed on the checkout page when checking out.
Q: I Live in the UK and have trouble with computers can I Pay over the Phone?
A: Please call us on the number provided on the contact page and we will be able to help you. Sometimes due to the unique nature of the items we sell it can be complicated to take phone orders however if you supply us with the SKU product code which can be found on the product page by the ‘add to cart’ button we should be able to help. If you are able to add things to your basket and fill in the checkout form hitting the purchase button means we are then able to see your items. Just close the payment screen after it appears and phone us to make payment.
Q: I live outside the UK can You call Me?
A: I’m sorry we are only able to call UK based phone numbers. International customers are welcome to phone us during our normal office hours as displayed on the contact form page.
Q: Do you wholesale your goods?
A: No. I’m sorry but for the time being we do not wholesale any of our products.
Q:How long is UK shipping?
A: Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd class (Royal Mail 48) service. Your items are either shipped the same day if orders are placed before 14:00pm or next day if orders are placed after this time. In theory delivery should take 2-3 days although we cannot guarantee this period of time as 2nd class services are not guaranteed. Most customers report receiving their items within two days but this period of time can be longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Some customers even report receiving their items next day. We do offer faster services for customers who wish to have their orders the next working day. Special delivery is a premium rate service and is non refundable, this also applies to 1st class services.
Q: Do you have a shop where I can View Items?
A: No. Sorry to say we are an online only business at present. We may look to change this in the future but for the time being you can only view and purchase our goods online. If you live locally and want to drop by to pick up and order then please let us know before setting out so we can advise you on timings.
Q: How do I work out shipping costs?
A: Just pop the items into your basket and pop over to the checkout page. You don’t need to register to view shipping prices. When on the shipping page use the drop down menu to pick your country and/or shipping method. The price will then be shown at the bottom of the page.

Q: How much does engraving cost?
A: We offer text engraving at £2.99 per side of flask (front/back), or £4.99 for both. Smaller areas are charged at £1.99 and logos are charged at £4.99.

Q: Do you allow large amounts of text?
A: Engraving large amounts of text; the fee of £2.99 is charged for a standard amount of text, we are not strict with the exact amount of characters as we like to be flexible with our customers but anything over 75 characters or thereabouts would be considered too much due to time it takes to engrave. Customers would be notified and an extra fee would be charged for large engravings. Customers requiring large engraving should contact us before submitting an order.
Q: Can you engrave a flask that I already own (no need to buy from you)?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to engrave flasks or any item that you already own and wish to send to us for engraving. We are only able to engrave items we currently sell on our website as our insurance does not cover us for engraving items customers wish to send us. We hope you understand.
