The Royal Mail are seeing a vast number of parcels hitting the system this means items are in some cases taking a lot longer to travel to customers. We recommend Special Next Day delivery or our courier option if you want to guarantee items arrive in time for Christmas.
Royal Mail Strike dates
The Royal Mail are striking yet again on the 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th December. Mail is likely to be delayed because of this.
We are upgrading all 2nd class to 1st class at no extra cost to our customers to help get items to customers faster.
For UK guaranteed Xmas delivery please use:
-1-2 day courier until 13:00pm Wednesday 21st December
-RM Special Delivery option before 13:00 Wednesday 21st December.

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Royal Mail experience such high demand at this time of year that they do end up falling behind in some cases. We would recommend the UPS courier option for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas or Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery.
